Kenneth Segura Knoll, Serial Entrepreneur and Media Producer

Mr. Knoll is the founder and principal owner of www.InvestNewMexico.us, LLC a Crowd Equity and Rewards Funding Portal. Kenneth is a native New Mexican born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He has a B.A degree in Media Communications. Over the last 35 plus years, he has worked as a Media Producer working in various mediums including film, television, streaming and music. He is also very actively involved as a Serial Entrepreneur. He currently has several companies under his holding company, Knoll Global Business Partners. Those companies include Southwest Communication Services, LLC a media and entertainment company with over thirty years experience providing "Creative Solutions" addressing the media communication needs of education, government, and corporate clients; Turquoise Trail Films, LLC an independent "boutique" media (motion picture, television programming and new media) production and distribution company. The company is one of a very few "new model" independent production companies capitalizing on expertise operating inside and outside of the Hollywood system; and Turquoise Trail Music, a music company that manages and license music properties in non-traditional markets. Mr. Knoll is actively involved in the development of new businesses and assisting entrepreneurs. Serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber for over 10 years he represented the organization as a member of the Sacramento Municipal Utilities District Small and Minority Business Task Force and Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Small and Minority Business Task Force. In addition, he severed on the Board of the McClellan Technology Incubator (MTI). He also founded and directed the Sacramento Festival of Cinema for five years.

Talia Kosh, Attorney

Talia is an attorney at The Bennet Law Group in Santa Fe with a focus on employment, contracts, copyright and non-profit law; she is a member of the New Mexico and Maryland bar associations. Talia is also President and Founder of New Mexico Lawyers for the Arts, an advocacy non-profit organization that provides artists, filmmakers, and art organizations with clinical legal assistance and legal/business training to help them become more competent in the non-artistic aspects of creativity. Talia also teaches at UNM Continuing Education and lectures on creative business matters, and art and entrepreneurship throughout the United Sates. Talia servers on several boards in New Mexico, including Past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the New Mexico Bar, New Mexico Film Foundation, Silver Bullet Productions, and Chair of Outreach for the Governor's Council on Film and Media Industries. Past boards served on including Creative Santa Fe, Global Center for Entrepreneurship and Warehouse 21. Talia will be honored by the Mayor of Santa Fe for her excellence in the Arts this October.

Elliot Stencil, CPA

Mr. Stenzel is a CPA with 30 plus years experience in private industry, government, and the film business. Eliot is an MBA graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor and has an active practice in public accounting with a rich background in a variety of industries taking him to over 25 countries. He teaches continuing education to other accountants and CPAs. He has worked as a film production accountant, audited claims for the New Mexico Film Office work-force training program, and prepared and submitted production cost rebate claims for film production in New Mexico (the New Mexico Tax Rebate). He has advised producers in preproduction in choosing the form of business to operate as - LLC or C Corporation. He is also a member of SAGAFTRA, the film, and TV actors union.

David Wolf, Entrepreneur and Finance Consultant

From 1995 until 2000, Mr. Wolf was creative director, producer and music composer at Crywolf Productions, Inc., where he composed and produced music and audio content for radio, TV, film and multimedia. The Company had the privilege of serving hundreds of national and regional clients. His media experiences lead him to create Small Biz America an information source for entrepreneurs. The venue evolved into the Internet platform matching capital to growth-stage companies. From 2000 until 2008, as CEO, he engineered the turnaround of a popular regional wholesale and retail bakery operation in the Southwest from Chapter 7 to profitability. The Smallbiz America project along with the bakery project ultimately led to his current focus on Corporate Finance, Economics and Business Consulting. Mr. Wolf currently is CEO of Thomason Wolf Energy, Inc., and Co-Founder and acting CFO of a disruptive content distribution internet startup called The engine co. Inc. Kayt C. Peck, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)

Ms. Peck has over 22 years of experience as a fundraiser and program development professional serving nonprofit organizations. During her tenure as a director of the Association of Fundraising Professionals International Board of Directors, she was a key decision maker for programs serving 27,000 fundraising professionals world-wide. As the AFP International Diversity Chair, she led the way to create initiatives such as AFP"s Diverse Communities Project based on the premise that individuals need not give up the affinity with their own divers communities in order to be part of a mainstream organization. As a fundraiser, she has raised over $30 million for a wide variety of organizations, and as a program development consultant she has been key to creating, implementing and sustaining a wide range of programs including but not limited to community organizing for farm laborers; supporting region-wide health and educational initiatives; providing training for Croatian non-governmental organizations striving to transition from public to private support; obtaining funding for an innovative program serving abused women in Iraq; providing guidance in nurturing economic and social development of rural communities, and more.

Sam Levy, Independent Insurance Agent & Consultant

Mr. Levy has been the manager of the Internet and Film division and a lead commercial lines agent at Rio Grande Insurance since 2006, working closely with the needs of companies in New Mexico, California, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. Sam is a "Trusted Choice" member of Independent Insurance Agents, representing hundreds of insurance companies. His understanding of commercial insurance allows business owners to use him as a financial strategy partner to solve complex insurance issues and understand coverage. Sam specializes in helping analyze risk scenarios of your company with options for protecting assets and financial viability. Sam's business experience includes working as owner and manager of a media development company for 20 years, chairman and co-founder of the NIPA, author, editor, and Instructor. Sam's local involvement includes chairing New Media Industries, an economic development initiative, as well as the participatory support of community non-profits including Intermezzo of The Santa Fe Opera, the Coalition for Quality Children's Media, Vintage Albuquerque and Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta. Sam is a gourmet chef who cooked in multi-Michelin-star restaurants in Italy, France, and the United States.
